4 sales in a week!!

This is obviously pretty low how it's a start and I take confidence as my traffic is low which is where I seek help please.

I'm ramped up how many listings I'm adding (approx 200 in the last 6 weeks), stopped ads as it didn't seem to make much difference, and trying to post on Pinterest daily - what else should I be doing?

Feel my SEO is weak but it's one thing I haven't got my head around how to improve yet, but maybe need to start with a few listings and go from there.
