Issue with delivery profiles

I've created a delivery profile for shipping to UK/Australia/USA/Rest of world with the dispatch origin being the UK because that's where PrintShrimp is. I did a test to see if all was well, and connected to a VPN in Australia for example, and now to buyers in Australia it looks like their item is shipping from the UK which it isn't, as PS has printers in those two respective countries. The free shipping option shows correctly which is good. I'm just worried that a perspective buyer in Aus or USA might see that it's shipping from the UK and then not bother buying. I also tried creating multiple shipping profiles, but on the listing creation, they only let you add one profile.

Anyone got any ideas, please?
