Adding extra money to global prices

Hi I cant see to work out how to turn this option on for bulk listing. I asked etsy help this is what it says

Yes — if you turn on domestic, global, and US-specific pricing, Etsy treats those as separate prices, so you’ll need to set the United States and Everywhere else prices too.

To add the extra £4 for global buyers:

Go to Listings
Select the listings you want to change
Choose Editing Options > Edit prices
Select Edit prices for buyers everywhere else
Increase that price by £4, then choose Apply

If you also want a separate US price, choose Edit prices for US buyers and set that one too. Third-party apps don’t currently support turning this on for you, so that part needs to be done in Etsy. Is there anything else I can help you with? So currently for each price I have to manually input the prices?

Am I missing something?
