One of the lesson's Russell has shared that's been stuck in my head remains the concept of the Hero's journey
The part that's been pressed in recent times is the part where the hero returns to the ordinary world
That part isn't really talked about as it should be.
Now imagine going through the full cycle of the hero's journey, you've defeated the monsters, you've seen/survived things that would break most people, but you're still standing
You've acquired a different lens from which you view the world, you can never see things the same anymore, your desires aren't the same, things that used to hold your attention cannot anymore
The craziest part is feeling stuck in limbo, you've tasted different, you've seen different, so things aren't the same anymore, yet you're not where you wanna be
What's your solution? What's your way out?
