Day 4 – Create Your Lead Magnet
Aight, we have out funnel framework, we have our offer stack. Let's move on to the bait, I mean, the motivator, for your future buyers to give you a moment of their time.
A lead magnet will:
  • Attract qualified leads
  • Prove you can help.
  • Start the relationship.
Most people overcomplicate this. You don’t need to write a 40-page ebook or film a Netflix documentary. Let's start, here's our daily task:
✅ Core Action:
  • Choose the Lead Magnet format
  • Create the Lead Magnet outline
  • Flesh out the Lead Magnet itself
🎥 Content Action:
Explain: “What you’ll learn in my free [NAME OF LM].”
--
Now, I know this step says "choose one" basically, but the same way no two of your buyers are ever the same, the one you choose won't work on your whole audience. Therefore, choose one, but make them all over time and test-test-test-test.
Choose the first one from the following formats:
  • 60-Minute Workshop
  • VSL Mini-Series (1–5 min each, buttons between them)
  • PDF Guide
--
In my case, I'm making the 60 min workshop first. I will try it out both for free, and for a couple bucks, see which value ask (time vs time+money) resonates with my audience better.
I like to start with workshops because I have plenty experience teaching in the workshop setting, with more than 200 hours of live classes given over Zoom. However, workshops are ideal because one:
  • Builds authority fast.
  • Can be recorded once and reused.
  • Sets up your main offer naturally.
What I have included:
  • Part 1 – The Opportunity: Why this matters now.
Tiktok and Youtube is flooded by the next-big-thing pile of gurus who are building n8n flows and charging people a ton of money for templates. This means that, as that bubble bursts, there will be a lot of businesses who realise they had a quick fix and not a real solution. That's where a chatbot engineering for social conversion, not transactions, comes into play!
  • Part 2 – The Framework: The 3–5 steps of your method.
STEP 1: I like to wander in off the street and strike up a conversation with the manager or owner about how business is going. If I've prepared ahead, I know what the niche's pain points are.
STEP 2: I show this lead one of my chatbot demos (bonus points if you preloaded it for their business) and ask if he/she would want this chatbot installed right away, I can have it set up by the evening for 100-300 bucks.
STEP 3: Once done and set up in their new Manychat drag-and-drop builder, I turn it over to the owner/manager together with an action plan on how I envision I could build the chatbot and scale it to become a member of their team, working on not just table/appointment booking, or WIFI access, or delivery notification, but on everything else.
  • Part 3 – The Competency Bridge:
Here's where I call out the "gotcha" moment, and acknowledge I said "dont be like the n8n template sellers, sell these Manychat templates instead". You see, you're using templates to shortcut your turnaround time, but you STILL need to know how to set up the chatbot for the specific business, as well as have the ability to plan ahead and paint a picture on the full capability of your skills. If you're not sure if that's something you can promise now, you have a choice. Stick to selling this personalised template for a couple hundred bucks a piece, or sign up for my 5 day challenge so you can learn how to build chatbots worth upwards of 1-3 thousand dollars.
  • Part 4 - Present Offer Stack:
No, that's it, that's the whole thing. you know what presenting the offerstack is. Then, show (don't tell) how they can take the next step with you.

I'm excited to share this process with you, I hope to inspire you to take action this month and copy my daily steps!
