551 leads… and I still feel like I failed
Got a client 551 leads in 30 days… she got their phone numbers... they reached out...but she only got 4 sales.
I knew and explained her about the closing, and the whole month she just said "its going ok".
Then on our monthly meeting, she tells me only 4 sales.
At this point I am telling her it’s not about getting more leads, it’s aboutm LEARNING HOW TO CLOSE.
More leads just give you more reps… and you need those reps. Because closing is a skill. And the only way you get better is by doing it again and again. If you’re relying on in-person meetings to practice, it’s going to take you FOREVER. Online, you can compress that learning curve fast.
I wish she had told me before, we could have focus on the closing.
Becasuse behind all tech, there are humans, and we need to understant the tech and understand the human.
