Floor backdrops vs mat
How do the floor backdrops work on non carpet? I use either a rubber mat that looks like a wood floor, or a turf grass rug. I'd like to be able to do something a little fancier but I worry it will slip and slide all over the place.
Childcare Center Possibility
OMG! I might have a childcare center with children from 10 weeks. There are 100 kids but I have no idea what to do with babies who can not hold their had up. Any suggestions?
Cry Cards
I keep these printed (it's an 8x10 cut in half) on cardstock in my bag and if we have a kiddo who is just NOT having it, we give these to the teachers to give to their parents. This sets the parents expectations early on so they are disappointed when they don't get a gallery, or their gallery only has a couple of photos. We have had teachers tell parents their kid did AMAZING and we got nothing because they were screaming. This helps any possible communication issues and encourages parents to keep trying!
