Namaste all, Next Friday we will be launching a Yoga marathon session. It's something that is quite new to how people normally train but the people who have tried it have noted remarkable results. I believe it is closer to how Yoga training was done when it was closer to being a Tantric Sadhana. Don't be put off by the term 'marathon'... I had no better name (Pradakshina is too long and people may not understand the meaning) but if you do have a better name, please tell me! Stay tuned, more details shortly.
