Namaste and a huge welcome to this first session of the 100 day Yoga Transformation course.
The course is designed to take someone through a complete process of Hatha Yoga.
This first session is an important orientation as we cover the fundamentals and aims as well as a practical exercise on how to correct your breathing long term. Even if you are short on time, that practical is easy and everyone can and should do it (Starts at 37:55) for their physical and mental wellbeing.
