I took the time to see and doing more walking and strolls helps with the body! I can see the difference between taking the bus and walking to work 💯 I honestly feel this encouragement and taking it with me wherever I am! Very blessed to have this community’s support !

Hi! My name's Irtaza from Pakistan. It's been few months since started working out at home with dumbbells. I work freelance, writing resume, Linkedin profile and content. I am aiming to reduce my weight and get my body in shape. No rush in time duration.

Today was hard. I was definitely frustrated and it did not help I was thinking about other things too. I normally challenge myself every Saturday to do more than 10k so today I did do 15k steps and I am thankful cause that was the goal so I am glad I pushed myself to do it as I am genuinely tired and just feel off. Tomorrow is my rest day and also my weigh in so fingers crossed as I am hoping I lost a few pounds
