Progress Comparison Over The Years
For some motivation! I'm a slow trainee 😁 I've been slowly adjusting my life into an active lifestyle, so sometimes I feel like I do slow progress, but then when I compare pictures across the last years, you can clearly see the difference The way it has worked for me is to integrate fitness into my life in a sustainable way, slowly making adjustments that can be done in my available time and capacity (and most importantly in a way that it's enjoyable) 💪🏾

🔥🔥🔥💪🏼💪🏼 this is the energy I like to see here !! Congrats on the accomplishment!! and I am also noticing the change with less junk food, better diet and quantity of food intake. More walking helps my lower back hip problem ! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 so I am glad your seeing the changes and are proud of it !! That’s what counts !!
Making This a Habit!
I took the time to see and doing more walking and strolls helps with the body! I can see the difference between taking the bus and walking to work 💯 I honestly feel this encouragement and taking it with me wherever I am! Very blessed to have this community’s support !

Whole Foods Secret Find 🤫
Just saw this find at Whole Foods today! INSANE amount of protein and only 140 kcals per 2 slices! Actually taste very good too and only $10 which isn’t too bad for Whole Foods 🥯

Motivation pt. 2
The fastest way to get in the best shape of your is to train for PERFORMANCE… not just weight loss. Focus strength gains, improving your endurance, and learning calisthenics skills. When you train for what your body can DO instead of how it looks, your physique becomes a powerful byproduct of the process.

I honestly can relate that we need to make sure our body stays very firm and healthy and that we adjust our body’s strength with what we can work with for any type of exercise or routine we have going on 🙏🏼🙏🏼 very nice said !
