DAY 1 of the UPCOMING AB PROGRAM!
So to give you guys some insight we started shooting ideas and content for this day at 9AM yesterday and finished editing it all and posting by 11PM! Stuff is no jokeโ€ฆ mistakes were madeโ€ฆ lessons were learnedโ€ฆ but the workout and video was most def complete! Hope you guys like it, and DEF get it in this week, lmk what I can do moving forward to improve ofc too, Happy Sunday ๐Ÿค

AB CRUSHER WOTD
1. Plank Hold- 45 seconds 2. Hollow Body Hold- 30 seconds 3. Reverse Plank Marches- 12 reps per leg 4. Bicycle Crunches- 20 reps per side (slow and controlled) Rest: 30 seconds between exercises, 1 minute between rounds. 4 rounds. Thank me later ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Suggestions for Exercises: Arms, Legs and Abs for Beginners
Hi guys! Can anyone guide about some of best exercises to strengthen my arms, legs and abs? Am currently working out at home with dumbbells, as a beginner (Well! It's been couple of months). Thanks!
