Making This a Habit!
I took the time to see and doing more walking and strolls helps with the body! I can see the difference between taking the bus and walking to work ๐Ÿ’ฏ I honestly feel this encouragement and taking it with me wherever I am! Very blessed to have this communityโ€™s support !

@Jose Marmulejo that's really good. I lost 4 pounds last week incorporating walking so i really think it does help.

Just saw this find at Whole Foods today! INSANE amount of protein and only 140 kcals per 2 slices! Actually taste very good too and only $10 which isnโ€™t too bad for Whole Foods ๐Ÿฅฏ

Todays Steps ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ and other things in
So today I did my steps not what I was expecting but completed it and manage to not take the bus but walk from bus stop to my job ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ getting that walking habit done! As for the gym need to find a good one because I am doing all the easy step ones at home but want to push my self esteem out there more and go to the gym but I just get cautious ๐Ÿ˜… Thanks @Pete Kaso for the videos he provides and the steps he puts on here !

@Jose Marmulejo you got this. I usually just listen to ignore the intense pain i be feeling when i walk or i just watch a show. It definitely helps.
