Suggestions for Exercises: Arms, Legs and Abs for Beginners
Hi guys! Can anyone guide about some of best exercises to strengthen my arms, legs and abs? Am currently working out at home with dumbbells, as a beginner (Well! It's been couple of months). Thanks!
It's better not to be Easy on Yourself, to get Better
When starting on my fitness journey, especially starting with my work out plan, I did have it managed, and even, advised to start easy with my journey. In between, I got a bit inconsistent, and later on, thought to be a bit ruthless and be discipline to myself when working out and reach my goals. So, by the morning, I go for a work for warm up, and come back home to work on weights. If talking about maintaining consistency and doing those reps, properly, you have to be hard on yourself,... ...And yes, sometimes, being perfect does matter, like here. P.S. What are your thoughts, guys?

Todays Steps 🙏🏼 and other things in
So today I did my steps not what I was expecting but completed it and manage to not take the bus but walk from bus stop to my job 🙏🏼 getting that walking habit done! As for the gym need to find a good one because I am doing all the easy step ones at home but want to push my self esteem out there more and go to the gym but I just get cautious 😅 Thanks @Pete Kaso for the videos he provides and the steps he puts on here !
