It's better not to be Easy on Yourself, to get Better
When starting on my fitness journey, especially starting with my work out plan, I did have it managed, and even, advised to start easy with my journey. In between, I got a bit inconsistent, and later on, thought to be a bit ruthless and be discipline to myself when working out and reach my goals. So, by the morning, I go for a work for warm up, and come back home to work on weights. If talking about maintaining consistency and doing those reps, properly, you have to be hard on yourself,... ...And yes, sometimes, being perfect does matter, like here. P.S. What are your thoughts, guys?
