Huge shout out to @Andy Nguyen! He was one of the FIRST members in this community. He's shown up to every live since we had less than 100 members back in February. What’s up everyone, my name’s Mawil. I’m a real estate investor, content creator, and entrepreneur currently focused on scaling both my portfolio and personal brands the right way. I currently own 3 units, including a rental property in Puerto Rico, and I’m actively looking into opportunities across Florida with a focus on long-term appreciation, cash flow, and creative financing strategies. Outside of real estate, I also work in media/content creation and have been building multiple social media brands around entrepreneurship, family, mindset, and business. Long term, I want to combine real estate, content, and community into something much bigger than just owning properties. Quick background on me, I immigrated to the U.S. at 15 without knowing English, became the first in my family to graduate college, and I’ve been obsessed with building ever since.
