@Sean Flick came in all-in at $76,900 on this deal. $45k purchase. $2,500 in closing costs. $29,400 rehab. Appraisal just came back at $129k. That's over $52,000 in equity after our model. Awesome presentation? It made me feel so much more at ease. Now, just kind of figure out how to make money at this all the stereo stuff has been shown in, I guess there's nothing of fear. Alright.What's going on, everybody?My name is Roob i am currently not working. I'm trying to spend all my time in trying to invest in property reality. I don't really have any experience. I'm not sure what a good deal. Looks like exactly but I would appreciate any kind of help. I would like to focus on maybe obtaining how to use as a rental and start building my portfolio. But I'm not opposed to knocking on doors and helping people in foreclosure Just soi am currently not working. I'm trying to spend all my time in trying to invest in property reality. I don't really have any experience. I'm not sure what a good deal. Looks like exactly but I would appreciate any kind of help.
