Deal Review
This is where you submit deals for breakdown.
  • Post deals you want us to underwrite live
  • Be prepared for honest feedback—why a deal works or why it doesn’t
  • Include real numbers (purchase price, rehab, ARV, rents, etc.)
This room only works if deals are serious and complete. Low-effort posts may be skipped.

Live Schedule

  • End with open Q&A
From time to time we’ll also bring on:

Our Goal With This Community
Our goal is to help everyone here successfully close not their first deal but their 10th, 50th and 100th.
What do we get out of that?
Simple. We want you using our team. Our title company, our lenders, our remodel crews, our property managers and potentially buying our deals. We have our own portfolio we are growing, but we cannot buy every deal, and our team is built to handle more.
The more successful each of you is at scaling a rental portfolio, the more our team benefits and the better this community becomes.
We do not want this to be a group full of people permanently trying to get their first deal. There are already plenty of online resources for that.
What we want is a community of REAL OPERATORS navigating how to scale portfolios to dozens and eventually hundreds of doors. We want to help you figure out the next hire you need to make to keep growing, not just get you into your first deal and then pat you on the back.
We want it filled with investors learning how to scale from 1 to 10 to 100 to 1000 doors and solve real operational problems.
Yes, we will help you get your first deal. But the real value here is everything that comes after.
