What's everyone been doing this summer here to grow their routes? I've been seeing Meta (done correctly) absolutely slaughter as opposed to Google Ads this summer. Comment below your guys' thoughts! PS - ChatGPT / Open AI just came out with an Ads Manager last week. We've been testing it internally, it's pretty cool.

Been following Pool Monopoly and now Gianluca. I'm brand new to pools, trying to get in the industry. What's the best path for someone like me to get a fundamental knowledge base to feel confident to service accounts? I see the huge opportunity in pools and want to launch my company, just want to do it the right way and learn to be able to provide great service. 🙏

What's up guys. I was invited to the community by Ryan Flannery. I joined Gregg's Pool Works at the beginning of 2025. We are in the Sacramento CA area, currently have about 1450 service customers, do quite a few repairs, and also do refinish/remodels as well as build new pools. The leadership team is very growth minded and we're learning all the time on how to be better and scale.

Started my pool company last year and did $350k in revenue first year solo. On track to pass $500k this year and Hopefully will have 3 trucks on the road at the end of the year. We will be picking up holiday/permanent lighting as well this year.
