@Gianluca Carella honestly hard to select one. I’ve been in the industry since I was 15 so it’s all I know. I’m grateful that I started at a company want wanted to do it right. They didn’t always get it right but they tried so I learned from that. But the greatest contributor has probably been honesty/customer service/answering phone calls. Pools are a huge investment. You wouldn’t take your car to someone to work on that works in flip flops, dusty and crusty attire, unfriendly, etc. You have to hold yourself to a certain standard to obtain the client base you want. That being said, there are plenty of clients that don’t want to pay top dollar and you have to be confident enough not to negotiate. Your time’s worth isn’t someone’s opinion, it’s a fact you have to set in stone based off what you currently provide and also want to be able to provide in the near future.
