Pool Service Ads
What's everyone been doing this summer here to grow their routes? I've been seeing Meta (done correctly) absolutely slaughter as opposed to Google Ads this summer. Comment below your guys' thoughts! PS - ChatGPT / Open AI just came out with an Ads Manager last week. We've been testing it internally, it's pretty cool.

@Adam Tinney Love it. Are you using an agency to run them and if so would you be comfortable sharing who?

@Jacob Vinkler Meta can slaughter. Just want to make sure to run ads to a high converting landing page or quiz funnel and not a generic Meta native lead form or DM funnel. Also - Owner operator in the video with a killer script does wonders.
Hello From California
What's up guys. I was invited to the community by Ryan Flannery. I joined Gregg's Pool Works at the beginning of 2025. We are in the Sacramento CA area, currently have about 1450 service customers, do quite a few repairs, and also do refinish/remodels as well as build new pools. The leadership team is very growth minded and we're learning all the time on how to be better and scale.

I'm thinking about doing a 30 minute webinar followed by a Q+A later this week going over how to sign up pool service customers like clockwork. Who would be interested in joining??

Started my pool company last year and did $350k in revenue first year solo. On track to pass $500k this year and Hopefully will have 3 trucks on the road at the end of the year. We will be picking up holiday/permanent lighting as well this year.

What's up Dane. Thats impressive. What do you think has been the greatest contributor to your success thus far?

@Dane Schrank Completely agree with you. The operators who pour into their customers and stress a good service heavily do really well. And well said on holding your ground with your price points. Hard pass on the "Karens"
