If you don’t follow Makayla Thomas Fit on social media, you are missing out! I get the best yummy/healthy recipes from her. She also has some cookbooks for purchase that are AMAZING! As someone who REALLY loves food, her yummy, fun, but still healthy recipes are a win for me! I made these for breakfast prep this week and love them.

Prep, made simple
Few protein sources - ground beef - Chicken - Lamb - Steak Few carb/veggies - sweet potatoes - Broccoli - Carrots Not photographed - cut cucumbers for snacking - Bananas - Cuties - Mango - Kiwis - Beets - Asparagus Proteins: - String cheese - Greek yogurt - Phormula-1 clear - Phormula-1 and level-1 protein coffee and ninja creami ice cream

Yummy Dinner
Made a super yummy, Thai inspired, noodle/veggie/chicken with peanut sauce dish. It was delicious! I substituted peanut butter in the dressing for PB2 powder to cut fat and calories. It worked perfectly! (For reference, I could just drink the peanut sauce and be happy 😆 ). Also used leftover rotisserie chicken and veggies I had in the fridge - mini cucumber, red pepper, carrots, brussel sprouts (in lieu of cabbage) and cilantro. Noodles are the brown rice ones from Costco since we’re gluten-free.
