😝. Not sure if I did it correctly but I did it. I did a 1 mile walk/run then completed 110 dumbbell Rows, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats and then my second walk/run. I broke it down as you see on the paper with 30 second rest between reps. I’m sure that’s not how a Murph is done, but I am proud to have accomplished my Murph 😝
