How do you identify? (Not like that)
I almost always identify myself as a Pilates instructor and back pain coach.
However a more important identity for me is being a dad of 2 toddlers under 4 (well, the boy is turning 4 Monday) and hopefully being a great dad & partner.
I also identify myself as a fitness person generally, with strength training and mobility being my main focus currently.
