I see this all the time - absolutely crushing it through the week, then the weekend hits and... well, you know how it goes! I genuinely care about your progress, and I know these challenges are real:
🎉 Social plans popping up
👨‍👩‍👦 Family stuff taking over
😴 That weekend lie-in calling your name
🍕 Different meal times and food choices
📅 Routine? What routine?
Here's the thing though - we don't need perfect, we just need consistent! You don't have to give up your weekend enjoyment to stay on track.
Think small wins:
Bit of movement before that Saturday coffee
Water between those social drinks
Quick mobility while the kettle's boiling
Walking to the shops instead of driving
Nothing massive, but it all adds up!
