Practicing what I preach 👇 have you taken imperfect action lately?
I've not been to the gym this week so far 😱
This is huge for me. 3 x per week consistently has helped me get to where I am with mobility and strength.
Plus a Pilates session and HIIT.
I very rarely miss 1 session.
This week I missed Tuesday AM due to work.
Last night (Wednesday) I got very little sleep due to a feverish toddler.
So missing session 2 happened.
But, I decided to practice what I preach and take some imperfect action.
I should have been deadlifting. But instead I did a 45 minute fasted walk this glorious morning and felt much better about everything.
I won't lie, I was close to throwing in the towel, sulking, and doing nothing. But I went.
Sometimes you just have to do something, even if it's nothing like your plan.
