Other than ticking over in here for the last couple of months, running this free group has taken a bit of a back seat if I'm honest. And doesn't it show! Like a ghost town in here 👻

Everything worthwhile takes time. It was 9 months of Pilates before I started lifting weights properly again, and a year before I picked up the rugby ball.
Dabbling for a few weeks and bailing out is not going to get you results. A progressive plan while assessing and improving your overall lifestyle habits will make for huge change.
Most people know what they need to do really, it's just doing it.
