If you want a food forest, this is the window
Hey everyone, If building a food forest is on your list for this year, this is the window where decisions actually matter. A lot of people wait until late spring, then scramble for whatever trees are left. That usually means limited selection, stressed plants, and higher failure rates. I want to point you to a nursery I trust and personally work with: Food Forest Nursery. They specialize in food-forest-ready trees and plants. Not ornamental stuff. Actual long-term producers that make sense for resilience, stacking functions, and real yields. If you’re planning to establish perennials, expand an orchard, or start laying the foundation for a food forest, now is the time to get your starts ordered and planned. Because I’m an affiliate with them, you’ll also get 10% off when you use my link below. Same pricing otherwise. No downside. Here’s the link and discount : https://foodforestnursery.com/?sld=stefcrea Discount Code : StefCrea10 I wouldn’t share this if I didn’t think it was genuinely useful. Trees are one of the few things where starting earlier compounds fast, and most people underestimate how long they take to mature. If you’ve been waiting for a nudge, this is it. – Stefano
Just saying hi
Hey everybody, my name is Ryan, I’m here in Southeast Texas. Heard about this through my dad as well both share aspirations for starting homesteads. The most I’ve been doing is some simple carpentry for my neighbor’s chickens and just learning as I go.
Warm weather for a few days
We have had a few warm days and we started getting ready. We burned off what was left of our garden from last year and laid out the beds yesterday. Today we cut up some logs on the sawmill for the frames. Had some grandkids come over when they got done with school and a good friend helping us today. We got two frames done today and will cut up some more wood tomorrow. Going to do a total of 10 -4 ft x 25 beds and see what we can do with that. This is way different than what we are used to but looks like a whole lot less work with better results.

This community is becoming paid soon. Read this.
In the next couple weeks, this community will move to a $50 entry. That is not a cash grab. It is a filter. Right now, members have access to a full course that on its own is worth far more than that. If you are here now, you are early. If you invite people now, they lock in access before it becomes paid. Once the switch happens: - New members pay to enter - The bar goes up - The signal-to-noise improves - The value compounds If you have friends who are: - Trying to buy land or a homestead - Interested in creative financing - Building real resilience, not just consuming content Invite them now. This is the last window to get people in before the door has a price on it. Post the invite link. Tag people who should not miss this. Let them in while it is still free. We are building something long-term here.
