Early Access Book Drop – Community Only
I want to loop you in on something I’ve been building quietly for a long time. My new book is officially live on Amazon. Right now, it’s available at early access pricing for this community: - Paperback: $19 - Kindle: $9.99 This price will increase to $29 very soon once this early promo window closes. I’m opening this up to the Skool community first because this book exists for you. And I want your help pushing it forward in the first 30 days. Here’s why this matters: Amazon heavily favors books that get real reviews early. Reviews in the first month directly affect visibility, rankings, and whether the book ever gets shown to people outside our circle. If this book has helped you, challenged how you think, or clarified your path forward, a short honest review makes a real difference. What this book covers This is not theory or hype. It’s a practical framework built from real-world experience. Inside, you’ll learn: - How people are buying land without banks or traditional loans - How seller financing actually works in the real world - How to evaluate land, risk, and long-term viability before you buy - How to structure deals that don’t destroy cash flow - How to build toward a homestead or resilient property in phases - How to avoid the costly mistakes most first-time land buyers make This book is meant to save you years of trial and tens of thousands of dollars in bad decisions. How you can help 1. Grab the book at the early access price 2. Read it (or skim what’s most relevant right now) 3. Leave an honest Amazon review once you’re done That’s it. This is one of those moments where community effort compounds. If we push this together now, it gives the book a long runway and allows me to build the next pieces that stack on top of it. i’ll drop the Amazon link below. https://amzn.to/3No6qu5 Thank you for being part of this early and helping me grow it.

Principles first
In my class this week I'm covering permaculture principles. My favorite is observation. What insights do you get from deep observation of natural systems?

@Erick Krause The coast is where I come from and honestly, you’re not missing anything. 😂 Everything happens on the coasts… high cost of living, expensive housing and taxes, frantic pace of life, not to mention crime, natural disasters… people are not friendly. (Im the exception 😂) Quite honestly I prefer traditional, family-oriented environments and the coasts fail miserably at that.

Please @Erick Krause tag me. I came back to check on you only to realize you didn’t tag me, so I was not notified of your comment. 🤓 I lived most of my life in NYC.
Feedback, please and thank you !
Here friends, this is going to be my garden this year and my first permaculture design. This is not final since I just started the class, and there are lots I need to learn. But, after drafting the holistic plan for this project, I went ahead and created images that capture my vision for my first design. I’m honestly so excited. I already sowed many seeds and next week I will be making seed trays for our little birds!
Feedback, please and thank you !

Thanks so much, @Stefano Creatini. I know it’s not much, but to me this is huge. Gotta start somewhere…. God willing I’ll be able to get some land in the future. I can’t wait to read your book to get some insight. I’ll be leaving a stellar review soon. Thanks again for everything 🥹
If anyone asks to talk on what’s app
I just banned a guy named Johnson. If anyone asks to take a talk over to what’s app, they are soliciting you. Bots these days are elaborate. With the amount of members we have and how Many are joining, we are a juicy target. If someone starts talking about how they make money online vs talking about homesteading, that should be a red flag.

@Kelley Penney we can smell them from a mile, huh? Years of being on the tough roads of the internet are finally paying off. 😂

@Kelley Penney 😂 stinky scammers. I was laughing when you called him a scammer without calling him a scammer. Classy.
Holistic Plan Feedback
Yesterday I crafted my first holistic plan from Track 3 Lesson 1. Today I’m planning to do some tentative drawings for my plan which I’m hoping it will be a draft of my first permaculture design. Would anyone with experience in permaculture be interested in giving me some feedback? It’s just a small, but ambitious project that I want to set in my backyard this year. (It includes bunnies) Thanks so much in advance 🥹
