Bushfire havoc

Summer in Australia and our first evacuation of the season.

We successfully loaded 17 animals into the cars and 3 people. Had to leave our alpacas behind. The neighbour watched over them. Luckily the wind changed and our mountain was safe.

Garden faired well as I have let the dandelions go unimpeded and they kept moisture in the soil. They look like they are taking over but are actually sheltering the plants we planted.

I need tips on how to tame two wild alpacas to load into a horse float, not leaving them next time.
