How To Get the most out of this community! Community Tab - This is YOUR, mine and other Bosses posting about challenges, insights or Boss wins. Review and comment. Don't be shy! Classroom Tab - This is where you will find our Monthly Trainings as well additional trainings available for purchase. Calendar Tab - This is where you can find the dates and opportunities for us all to get together. The calendar shows the Regular events so you can get them on your calendar. The Bossification Incubator Premium events (It will say "Premium") are also shown including the 3 times a month you can get access to Talmar and her Boss expertise for your specific situation! Members Tab - This is where you can find other Bosses just like you! Map Tab - Literally where we are all at so you can check to see who is in your neck of the woods. 4. CONFIDENTIALITY - This community provides training AND is for you to BLOW OFF STEAM, share the frustrations, and be honest about your feelings around dealing with team. Your acceptance into this community is predicated on your never sharing anything expressed in here with regard to what another Boss says. Boss HQ will fully back ANY one that is shamed, quoted outside of this community, or misrepresented in public. We are grown ups and the expectation is very Vegas - What happens in the People Side of Biz - STAYS in the People Side of Biz.

CEO Time a Myth? - Boss Poll
I was working with a private client today and saw him in that crux between being committed to grow and successfully building AND USING the internal systems to delegate and enjoy results from a kickass team. Has anyone ever shared with you the NUMBER ONE new habit you need Boss to get through that point in growth? I'll drop the answer in the comments here but first answer this poll first. It is a doozy because it will be a REAL CEO move. But first, how often do you feel you have to re-do team work, handle overflow client work, and/or catch up on your own to do list just to deliver for customer commitments your company has taken on? Remember, you get what you allow! 🫣 How can you be more clear and direct so your business AND you get what you need? And NO! You do not have to settle for "good enough". Remember, "good enough" means you are keeping your business away from finding the right person until this person fails again. Is that REALLY the standard you want for work performance?
