I was working with a private client today and saw him in that crux between being committed to grow and successfully building AND USING the internal systems to delegate and enjoy results from a kickass team.
Has anyone ever shared with you the NUMBER ONE new habit you need Boss to get through that point in growth? I'll drop the answer in the comments here but first answer this poll first. It is a doozy because it will be a REAL CEO move.
