Trailhead setup guide for students, step by step, no confusion 😊
1, Create your Trailhead account using Gmail
  1. Click this linkhttps://trailhead.salesforce.com
  2. On the top right, click Sign Up
  3. Click Continue with Google
  4. Choose your Gmail accountUse your main Gmail, do not use a random email you forget later
  5. If Google asks for permission, click Allow
  6. You will see a short form on Trailhead, fill it inFirst Name, your first nameLast Name, your last nameCountry, pick your countryUsername, create a simple one you will rememberExample, JohnSmith2026Tick the box to accept the terms
  7. Click Create Account
2, Verify your email
  1. Open your Gmail
  2. Look for an email from Trailhead, Salesforce
  3. Open it
  4. Click Verify Email
If you cannot see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder
3, Log in and make sure you are inside
  1. Click this link againhttps://trailhead.salesforce.com
  2. Click Log In
  3. Click Continue with Google
  4. You are now inside your Trailhead

  2. Trails, these are like full learning paths
  3. Modules, these are short lessons you complete step by step
  4. Profile, this is your page that shows your progress

Add your profile picture after you finish the first module
  1. Go back to the Trailhead home pagehttps://trailhead.salesforce.com
  2. Click your profile icon at the top right
  3. Click Profile
  4. Click the profile picture area
  5. Upload a clear picture of yourself
  6. Save it
