thank you for your teaching today at the extra support class for the Pathway to Salesforce, and it has been one of the most helpful learning sessions I have attended. Before now, I struggled to understand some of the basic concepts and how to navigate the platform effectively.
You were exceptionally patient and took the time to break down each step in a simple and practical way. You explained the process clearly, answered our questions thoroughly, and made sure everyone understood before moving on. For the first time, I felt confident navigating the platform and understanding the learning pathway.
