Email Opt-Out Contact Update Flow
This Flow captures user’s email, searches for all Contacts with the same email, and updates their Email Opt Out field. It ensures GDPR/PECR compliance by preventing further emails to customers who have opted out.
Key features of the Flow:
- User Input Screen: Collects the email from the user.
- Datatable Display: Shows all matched Contacts for review.
- Loop Automation: Updates the HasOptedOutOfEmail field for all matching records.
- Efficiency & Compliance: Automates a repetitive task while ensuring customer preferences are respected.
This is a great example for beginners to see how debug logs, loops, and datatables work together to solve real business problems.
