Some people watch sessions but never build. But this skill has the power to change your life, your income, your confidence, and your direction. Hi Coach, Please help me review my assignment on Data Security. It was submitted initially on 29.01.2026, and it is still pending. The assignment on Salesforce Data Model and Relationship that was submitted later has been reviewed, and feedback received.

1. You go to Setup - users- select the user you want to deactivate or change its license. 2. open the user details and freeze it. 3. If the user was assigned just a salesforce license, you click edit on the details page and change the user license and profile to a your choice of selection. 4. This will help you change its license. 5. to help deactivate the user, you uncheck the "active" checkbox under the profile, then save. this help deactivate the user. NOTE: If the user is an admin, you have to remove every form of reference attached to the user in any flow e.g case escalation, lead assignment rules etc.
