I shared a resource a while back for a grant from The Loveland Foundation for a year of monthly therapy. I started my individual therapy in January and I already felt something shift. The Loveland Foundation is dedicated to making therapy accessible to Black Women. There are also several group therapy and learning circles and today I participated in my first group session. Can I tell you how it feels to be in a safe space that speaks your cultural language and shared history with other Black women holding space for each other. We talked about grief tonite.
