Hi Everyone, new to this community, found out about it on an Ad.
I have an accounting firm in Vancouver Canada with 5 staff, and we are low 6 figures, want to climb up to 7 figures.
How?
I've been able to dial in the operations which is the major part of an accounting company. So all we need is to profitable ads to scale this, and then just hiring as we onboard 30 new clients. that is the ratio 1 accountant 30 clients.
