Preparing my backend to support a $5k client
Last week I focused on strengthening my backend and improving my overall structure This week, my focus is securing a $5k client I’ve been refining positioning, tightening my offer, and making sure everything is ready to support higher value opportunities It’s clear now that scaling starts with having the right foundation in place first Goal, close a $5k deal and continue building from there If anyone here has transitioned into higher-ticket clients, I’d be interested to know what made the biggest impact.

Fixed my foundation before scaling traffic
This week I focused on improving my store and backend before even thinking about scaling traffic With the right guidance, I fixed a few conversion gaps and set up proper follow-ups And I started seeing sales come in without increasing traffic Win, realizing conversion matters more than just more traffic Now I feel more confident preparing to scale the right way If anyone here has been working on store conversion before running ads, I’d love to hear your experience.
