1st property walk
Walked my first property yesterday for a mulching job. I could already tell the client wasn’t looking to spend a lot of money when I got there. I marked it at 6.5 acres for clearing pretty flat terrain with mostly briars, pear and cedar.
If the material is pretty spread out and Not truly 6.5 acres of actually mulching, how do you break that down accurately? My pricing structure is per acre.
