What’s up, Owen here. Welcome to The Pitch. You’re here because you want to train like an athlete without living in the gym. Whether you’re a parent, current athlete, or former athlete chasing that edge - you’re in the right place. Here’s how this works About me- I am a Ex-Professional Soccer player. I've played soccer for almost 13 years at the time of writing this and I still do play for my local Semi-Professional team here in Florida. I always had a really hard time finding athletic workouts that actually benefited me and helped me be an athlete and just live a happier, more functional life. So for the past 3 years I've spent hours refining my process, my workouts, my recovery, and what I do in my day to day life that anyone can follow and be happier, healthier, and accomplished while balancing real life. As mentioned the Pitch Is for everyone and anyone of all ages, experience, background, goals, and physique.
