Running Round Up
Blimey, a lot to unpack at the minute
Let's start with last weekend
16th marathon for me at the 48 (nearly 49)
3:05 after a run of two halves (or a tail and then a headwind)
I am very fortunate and blessed to be able to do what I do
So no crying in my coffee, but room for improvement ;)
But this is not about me
This is about the 3 members of my running community who ran marathons (all in Brighton)
Two debuts and one aiming for a PB
Neil ran a 2:57 PB and his fastest in 10 years at the age of 41
Scott ran 4:34 in his marathon debut at age 42
Ruth ran 6:30 in her marathon debut at age 54
All different and all amazing in their own right
You can listen to Neil's story on my podcast this week (the link is at the bottom)
We have three more in Manchester today as well
The results do the talking here
So, if you want to see what's possible for you?
Drop me a reply and let's chat.
Until next time.
