Recording visit

So I was off today and missed that there was a time change with the call this month and showed up an hour late. Since I had the time set aside I decided to pick a recording to watch. It did not disappoint. I chose the August PM call becuase of my time zone I would not make that one in person. It was so interesting what came up for me. I saw a darkness in my sacral area (womb specifically) and asked why it was there, and got shame. I then worked on releasing it and clearing it out until was pink again. Then similar in the heart, except it was resentment and anger. I cleared it out until it was a soft pink color. It felt really good to release it.
