Monitoring AI mentions
Anyone here used any of the following services for monitoring AI mentions? • mentions.so • crawlconsole.com • tryprofound.com These platforms may or may not all be doing the same basic thing (and some are invite only right now). I'm very curious what other website owners have found useful for monitoring growth in AI mentions—and ideally in traffic from AI mentions.

When will GEO become a domain of its own?
I think we can all agree that as of now, GEO is 70-80% SEO. It highly overlaps the traditional stuff, and SEO has to be used as a base to build GEO upon. My thought is that as more people move towards AI search, and most importantly, when Google replaces traditional search with AI search or puts it at the forefront, the least. We'll start seeing more and more nuances in GEO that move it further and further from the traditional SEO, and it will become a thing of its own (still resembling SEO, maybe) Right now, agencies have started positioning themselves as GEO experts, although technically there are none yet (first mover advantage very understandable here) The question here is, how long will it take for GEO to be considered a separate domain/skill to learn, if ever? Would love to know your thoughts on this. Cheers🍻
