Thanks a lot! @Charlie Clark I have considered that but that is not a priority right now because this business doesn't even have a solid SEO foundation as of now to run successful PR campaign. So my plan is to spend the first couple months (1-2) completely focused on that. What do you think?
When will GEO become a domain of its own?
I think we can all agree that as of now, GEO is 70-80% SEO. It highly overlaps the traditional stuff, and SEO has to be used as a base to build GEO upon. My thought is that as more people move towards AI search, and most importantly, when Google replaces traditional search with AI search or puts it at the forefront, the least. We'll start seeing more and more nuances in GEO that move it further and further from the traditional SEO, and it will become a thing of its own (still resembling SEO, maybe) Right now, agencies have started positioning themselves as GEO experts, although technically there are none yet (first mover advantage very understandable here) The question here is, how long will it take for GEO to be considered a separate domain/skill to learn, if ever? Would love to know your thoughts on this. Cheers🍻

Whats the best lead magnet for an SEO agency?
What do you think would be the best lead magnet to offer for free or as low ticket as a SEO+GEO agency with Solar energy sector as the niche. Here's what I have so far [All LMs catering to the solar niche] - 100 Keywords - AI SEO/GEO Checklist - Local SEO blueprint - Free audit - 3-5 ways to get high quality links for solar industry I will focus on cold email/dm as the primary channel while creating content on SEO and agency building on LinkedIn & twitter (potentially yt), I will try my best to be present where the ICP is hanging out. Lastly the thing is that these customers don't care about SEO, they just care about the leads you get them. So it won't be a good idea to position these lead magnets as SEO deliverables, but I'll have to positions them as resources that'll help them get more leads. My choices are Local SEO Blueprint and Free audit, and later down the line I'll use GEO checklist as lead magnet to offer white label to other agencies. I would love to know your thoughts on these lead magnets and how can I position them as resources that'll help the ICP get more leads. Cheers!
