WELCOME 🙏 WE’RE SO HAPPY TO HAVE YOU HERE... Firstly, Please write a post (post it as it's own post in skool) introducing yourself to the community. Share a bit about you, why you're here, your goals and a photo of yourself (why your hear and what your main aims and goals are and what you like to do for a Bobbie) - I'm sure we all love to train). Do this now. Second, Go to the Classroom section and make your way to the course entitled "Welcome". You should be able to knock it out in not time at all. And if you don't already have the skool app, download it now from your favourite app store. It makes this all WAAAY easier. I’m the classroom there is loads of useful training for you, from recipes to exercises I have over a decade of training, courses, Q&A Calls, live recordings from LIVE events. This will be a VAULT you get access to, my team are slowly moving everything across... please bear with us as there's TONS... Lastly, This is a community. Not the Optimal Show. And the quality of this community comes to down full commitment and engagement from each member. Be quick to share wins, lessons & ask questions... and be quick to cheer each-other on and provide support/answers/expertise where you can. (Your engagement is also gamified... and the more you engage, the more points you get... and the points you get, you become eligible for different things at different levels like... accessing my 10 best past mastermind trainings, a bonus 1:1 with me and a few other bits...). Hi. Just joined .... 3rd session tomorrow. Hoping the Optimal programmes will help maintain/improve my mobility, and help avoid further back/neck problems. Very impressed in sessions 1 and 2. Geoff

Hey. I’m Danielle. Finally Managed to start this week … hoping to get a good run of classes in before I go away for a few days, then hop straight back in! Look forward to meeting you all. (I’m the very unfit one in the back moaning that I don’t want to do anymore 😂🙈)
