Canal Run - Update
Hi everyone!
Just a quick update…
We will continue weekend canal runs after the May 24th weekend.
and I are training for our Half-Marathon that is taking place May 24th.
We will be running shorter runs throughout the week if anyone wants to join us… if anyone else is training for the half, we will be running our next long run at a distance of 17-18km next Saturday May 9th!
