Parts needed help

Hello all. I run a repair and mod shop https://hihello.com/hi/loftonslutherie

I am looking for a humbucker trim ring for an ~`87 applause electric guitar with HSS configuration the ring I need has 2 pickup adjustment screw holes on one side and only one on the other.. I have attached a visual as well... Any help in location something like this would be appreciated. Even if I could find a blank I could position and drill my own adjustment holes...
