Hi,

What’s one “Lottery System” you’ve tried?

I;ve tried the Austin Film Festival.

What did it cost you (money, time, energy)?

Over $100 dollars with submittal the main script category as well as submitting to some sub-contests they offer.

What’s your biggest takeaway from this video?

I also figured out that most screenwriting contests only want your money. but there are a some big ones that if they give feedback might be helpful, like Austin Film Fest, the Nichol, Scriptapalooza, Big Break. I don;t submit anymore and wish to make my own films and thats why I am here.:)

Biggest concern?

I was concerned about how I would be able to get my work noticed, but really I have been working on letting all that go and simply creating as an artist and having fun. It's difficult as I get a little anxious sometimes, but life is short, gotta get going and make some stuff and have a life.:)
