Welcome to Ocean Flow Pathways!
We've created this course to give you both guidance and flexibility on how you create a daily practice for yourself. The course is divided into four Pathways - Calm, Energise, Build and Expand. Calm and Energise have short videos to teach you simple techniques to calm or energise the nervous system, while Build and Expand help you to delve deeper into creating a daily practice. This is a course designed by REAL people - yoga teachers Adam and Kelly - who have been developing their own personal practice for years.
