🗓️ A plan can make or break if you do anything at all to move you forward. Have you taken the time to map out when you’ll work out and what you’ll eat to stay fueled and healthy? 🤔💭
Take just 5 minutes today to write down/ plan out intentional actions—big or small—that move you closer to the way you want to move, eat, and recover. Remember: progress is progress.
For example, I planned to do 15 minutes of stretching today at 10:00. I’m going to find a youtube video so that I can just follow along and not think about it.
